Mektek
now has everything moved over to their new server
which is running nice and fast. The hosting
section is going to be reopening soon. And Mektek
has plans on expanding to other Mecha releated
games like Tribes/Tribes 2.

Ok, there has been a lack of updating to this
page, but there really hasn't been much in
the Mech 3 area to post here.
Mektek.net is back up and running
and they are getting an upgrade to their server
to make it faster.
I'm now the Hosting admin for Mektek.net
I created a program called Link Creator Basic, which
will allow you to quickly and easily create lots of
html links for you to paste into your html file.

I have also come up with an idea for a program
that I might actually be able to sell. I hope
I can because I really need the money. :)

Well it looks like Mektek maybe down for the count.
As all of you may know by now, http://www.mektek.net
has been down for unknown reason, well here are the
reasons direct from Fearless MKO himself...
"The host for the Mektek servers has deleted the
site and has not given any reasons for doing so.
Also there have been restriction put on the
Mektek domain name which will not allow us to do
anything with it at the moment. After talking to
our host they turned it back on long enough to make
a backup of all the latest information. We will
however do everything in our power to return."
Myself seeing as how the server host and DNS host
are 2 differnt companies, I personally think there
is a strong arm of a 3rd company behind all this.
This company shall remain nameless to cover my butt,
but I think you all can figure it out all on your
own.
Now that our site is back on NBCI it'll be slower
so please give the site time to load. I will miss
being hosted on Mektek. I had a taste of speed
and I liked it. :)
From me and the rest of NMO and the rest of the
Mecha community, we hope to see you backup and
running soon.

The Mektek site is now up and running and better
ever. They have moved their site to a new host
in the US (It was in Germany) and it actually
seems more stable already.
Thanks to Mektek moving their site it has given
them the ability to host sites with FTP access
so I have moved this site and the NMO Mech 4
site over to the Mektek server.

The Mektek site is temporally down due to major
server problems on the part of net-games.
They are trying to get things fixed up but have
no idea when it will be back on-line.

Well if you haven't been able to tell there hasn't
been much movement on this page for a while.
Really there hasn't been any movement in the Mech
Warrior 3 area of things since Mech 4 came out.
There was a roumor that the zone was going to close
off the Mech 3 section but that was not true.
If anyone has Mech Commander Gold that they
are willing to sell to me for a very low price,
say about 5 or 10 bucks Canadian, contact me via
e-mail or ICQ pager. I want to see what it's
like.

Ok the NMO Mech 4 site is up and running, it's
slowly being updated. URL for it is...

The Mech 4 Stress test is OVER. As of November 7th 2000
the stress test will not work. So what does this mean?
In itself not much, BUT a few days ago I recieved word
that the Mech 4 Betas are being sent out this week
(week of November 9th 2000) so the release could be
with in a month and a bit. I'm esimating about
December 15th - 20th 2000.
Members of the Dev team have said that no beta is being
sent out at this time, but my source and a few other
places have said that the beta is being sent out.
I guess for now it is a waiting game... In any case watch
this and the NMO Mech 4 site for any new information.
I will also post information to the Mech 3 newsgroup
and to the Mektek forums.
